• A browser extension and web-based platform for monitoring keywords across public social media platforms
• AI-powered analysis and categorization of social media content
• Lead generation and brand monitoring tools
• Customizable keyword tracking and alerts

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Register for an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

• With 30 days' notice, for any other reason
• Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
